Please allow 4-6 weeks for production.Quality takes time - Thank you for your support before it ships. This time allows us to prepare, print, and quality-check each piece.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as carrier delays can occur.
Order Updates & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delays
Because our items are produced through pre-orders, delays may occur due to high demand, production issues, or carrier-related problems. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
